A Review of Flow Saturation Resistant Techniques in Multi-actuators Load Sensing Hydraulic System

The multi-actuator load-sensitive (LS) system has gained widespread usage in engineering machinery applications due to its energy efficiency, exceptional composite action performance, and precise tuning capabilities. However, when the demand for load flow exceeds supply of hydraulic pumps, saturation conditions may arise thereby impacting coordination actions diminishing sensitivity characteristics system. To address this issue, scholars have proposed anti-flow technology. Currently effective solutions include reducing set pressure compensator valve springs decreasing opening degree each main valve. Anti-flow technologies systems can be classified into three types based on location compensators different circuits: pre-valve; post-valve outlet compensation anti-saturation, as well a novel type known independent metering (IM) This article provides an overview significant accomplishments these anti-saturation before introducing IM technology discussing research focal points various how impact their efficiency. Finally, future directions development resistant within muti-actuators sensing are explored.
